(1) Olefin Skin For tropical diving, an Olefin hood or hooded vest provides warmth and added protection. For cool and cold water, Olefin worn under your hood makes slipping your hood on and off a breeze. Also available are Olefin socks--great for tropical diving where you want protection without the bulk of Neoprene booties. Colors: black, regal, fuchsia or violet. (2) Neoprene Your head and chest are the greatest heat loss areas of your body. Proper coverage insures more comfortable dives. We offer a wide range of thicknesses in both hoods, vests and hooded vests. We recommend when ordering a Neoprene hooded vest that you add a zipper which greatly eases donning and removal. When ordered with a one colored suit, color will match your suit. When two colored suit is ordered, your hood will also feature a second contrasting color.
